As part of the humanistic psychotherapeutic tradition, I have an interest in existentialism, and the themes of choice, freedom and responsibility inform a lot of my work.

I am committed to providing the best possible service to my clients and work hard to keep abreast of current trends and research in the counselling sphere. As part of my continued professional development, I regularly attend training courses and workshops.

I work from modern, comfortable therapy rooms centrally-based in Hove and Brighton:

About me

Sarah Lelic MSc PGDip MBACP Psychotherapist and counsellor based in Brighton and Hove.

I believe that everyone can benefit from counselling. Maybe you are struggling with anxiety or depression, or feelings of loss following a bereavement. Perhaps you are experiencing a specific crisis or feel like you have lost your way in life and don’t know where to turn. Whatever it is that is troubling you counselling can be an extremely helpful way to explore and alleviate your distress.

I have experience of working in the charity sector and at a low-cost counselling service, as well as running my own private practice. Prior to training as a psychotherapist, I worked in a busy commercial environment so I also have a strong understanding of the stresses of the modern workplace.
